Capestone requesting additional engineering support to assist their project manager and engineering team improve the operational effectiveness of onsite systems. Following consultation, Customate dispatched a dedicated engineer to work in the field alongside the team for maximum effective evaluation, support and training.

Falling within COVID-9 restrictions, it was vital Customate’s engineer adhered to strict precautions to ensure the safety of himself and the team at Capestone Poultry. These included wearing additional PPE and adhering to all additional site regulations, to ensure operations were not jeopardised.

Conversant with following sanitation and biosecurity protocols in the field, especially important at organic producers like Capestone, our engineer was already conducting himself in accordance with Customate’s stringent internal Covid-safe procedures. This enabled him work safely and effectively onsite, initiate a programme of system enhancements, and conduct onsite training, resulting in measurable productivity improvements.
