Utilising powerful compressed air with a stainless steel control panel and PLC, this fully automated system is the fastest way to transport your product from 3 metres to 400 metres and beyond, with long radius pipework bends guaranteeing a smooth transfer.
Calculated, designed, manufactured and installed by our own specialist team, including pipework and aftercare, Customate blow pot systems are fully customisable and scalable, from one blow pot to a series transferring through multiple pipelines. Combine with a macerator to break down products, transfer in one cycle or pulse feed, incorporate decelerators and separators to slow and remove liquids: the choice is yours.
Just a few products which can be transferred include solids, liquids, slurries, feathers, offal, heads, glass bead, rice, bones, chicken feet, most food and by-products.
As well as transporting your product to or from the factory, the system can also be used to remove the wasteful cost and logistics of contracting road tankers with blowers, simply receiving your product in 1-ton bags and transferring smoothly into silos (up to 18 meters high). Designed around ease of use and maintenance, the blow pots can be integrated with a built in CIP cleaning system to comply with BRS sanitation standards.
