August Blog Post: Predictive Maintenance and Custom Engineering Projects

Capricorn here, as we bask in the height of summer, it’s the perfect time to talk ideas that can enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable practices in our industry. This month, I would like to talk about PPM and highlight some of our bespoke projects, including a large stainless blood trough we’re currently building.

Stainless Steel Blood Trough

One of our standout projects this summer is the construction of a large stainless steel blood trough. This custom-designed trough is part of a turnkey project for a new installation. Designed, fabricated, and installed completely in-house, to ensure our standards are kept high.

Steel Frame for Poultry Line

We’re also working on the fabrication of a new steel frame to support a new poultry line, sold with our partners at Meyn. This project highlights our ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders and deliver robust solutions that meet specific operational requirements and how we can offer your business a full turnkey solution.

Teamwork and Collaboration

The workshop has never been busier, and it’s fantastic to see all our engineers working well together. The level of teamwork and camaraderie in the workshop is truly inspiring. Each team member brings their unique skills and expertise to the table, contributing to the success of our projects. It’s great to see everyone getting along and collaborating so effectively, which plays a significant role in our ability to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

A Personal Note

On a personal note, marriage planning is still going well. Planning a wedding while juggling work responsibilities has been an adventure, but I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter in my life. I appreciate all the support and well wishes from my wonderful colleagues and clients. It’s a busy time, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
